Shipping and Returns Policy

We contract with Interlink Express as well as United Parcel Service (UPS) as intermediaries for purposes of shipping and carrier services in fulfilling the orders of our customers. You understand and agree that all orders that you place for the Product will be shipped via either of these carriers, at our election, and according to the policies and ordinary practices of the same. You shall provide payment for the costs associated with such shipping as part of your total payment for the Product, and due at the same time. We shall in no case be held liable, in either contract or in tort, for any negligence, misfeasance, of reckless conduct of Interlink Express or UPS with regards to shipping and delivery.

We accept returns and will issue refunds for such returns within a period of one (1) year from your receipt of purchase, provided that you pay the cost of shipping the Product and all component parts back to us. As an express condition for the acceptance of any return and the issuance of a refund or replacement for such return, you must return to us the Product together with all component parts and hardware unused. Further, the original cost of shipping the Product to you is not refundable.
